奇怪了,怎麼愈游愈慢~?
到後面都不知道該怎麼游了...
只有第一趟感覺還可以、第二趟盡量加一點推的力量、
第三趟推得自己也感到不理想,嚐試放鬆卻又整個跑掉....
草草收工,回家吃飯去~
有空時還是要多看影片才是,
好玩的是,每次看完大概有2-3次的賞味期限。

以期待明年的226
不過想想三項的練習也不能荒廢
因此最近就利用週末騎到仙山
雖然不快 但是一次來回也近百K
做點心理安慰也好
如果可以我想縮短距離
變化菜單內容
因為以一個月沒碰跑鞋
我想這是損那一千萬之外

overtake their leading edge.
Finally, every teamate share the champion cash
reward. The champion cash reward for the 2006 Taipei
ING marathon (the event you ever entered last year)
was roughly 22,000 euro and evenly shared by
contributed countrymen. To my remembrance, Kenya
runners hold all championship in hand tightly for the
last 3 years
They are a well-organized profitable syndicate to go
around the globe and dig money.
