睡到自然醒,出門跑個一小時,
回到家也不過9點多,還可以悠閒地看報紙、
泡壺茶、看布袋戲...再慢慢摸回台中。
一個人跑,配速比較沒有壓力;
單純盡量維持固定的區間跑,
當然會因為坡度的關係:下坡降到100,
爬坡又升到140bpm,儘管還是刻意放慢速度很多。
明天要去比Mizuno 100週年馬拉松接力賽,
今天不宜跑太多,以免鐵腿~
游泳訓練:01H14M---3.3Km
單月騎乘:26H55M---693.9Km
單月跑步:09H19M---105.8Km
時間總合:37H28M

Hey Shiao !
I'm training better than usual for Taipei Marathon... today I
did a 26.5km with marathon rythm completely alone, good train
for legs and mind.
I think I will run for a 3h10' time in taipei in order to
enjoy the race.. telling the truth I really would like to
enjoy instead of destroy myself only for 4/6mins better.
Do you have any idea of number of partecipants in the 42km ?
Is there on the web an entry list ?

If this would happen I will run without a number.... errr.. I
do not like it.. eh eh eh
Hey ! could you also provide me some info for swimming in
Taipei ? during my 16 days there I will need to swim at least
4 times. 2 times in a small swimming pool (20m) near my wife
mountain home during weekend. During the week I will stay in
Taipei center home and I need a swimming pool.. let me know...
25m, clean indoor place it would be great.
